Girls’ Varsity Soccer and Varsity Field Hockey Win Back-to-Back Conference Championships
This fall, our Girls’ Varsity Soccer and Varsity Field Hockey teams have both won Conference Championship titles for the second consecutive year in a row!
Girls’ Varsity Soccer went undefeated in conference play this year, becoming the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) C Conference Champions after beating #2 seeded St. Timothy’s 3-1 on November 4 at Anne Arundel Community College. The #1 seeded team, Park was down 1-0 at the half, but scored two goals inside the last 10 minutes of the game to pull out the victory.
The #1 seeded Varsity Field Hockey team won against the #2 seeded rival Friends School in the championship game on November 5 at Stevenson University Stadium, earning Park the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland (IAAM) C Conference team title. Park Field Hockey beat Friends for the third time this season, this time with a 5-0 win.
