To begin your Park School application, log in to Ravenna®. Application forms, a parent statement, and $60 application fee must be submitted by December 1. If you experience any technical difficulties with the online application, please visit the Ravenna® Help Center.
Please note: Pre-K applicants must be 4 years old by September 1.

transcripts and common referral forms
- Transcripts and Common Referral form(s) are due by the supplemental materials deadline: January 15. The Transcript Request Form and the Common Referral Form(s) are available in Ravenna®.
Admission decisions are based on careful assessment of the student’s ability to achieve academic, social, and personal success at Park. Each decision is made on an individual basis. We consider classroom performance and disposition toward learning, assessments, special talents or abilities, attendance, and conduct records.
Decision letters are emailed on February 18, 2027.

- Students applying to Grade 2 must submit scores for the Otis-Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT) and Stanford Achievement Test. Registration details in Ravenna®.
- Students applying to Grades 3-5 must submit scores for one of the following (registration details in Ravenna®):
- Otis-Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT) and Stanford Achievement Test
- The Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE)

To apply for tuition assistance, log in to Ravenna Financial Aid (Park School code: 5668). The tuition assistance application opens September 1, 2026. Applications and all required documents must be submitted by December 1. If you experience any technical difficulties, use the chat in the lower-right corner of the Ravenna Financial Aid application screen to reach an online agent or a live representative.
Please note: Applicants to grades Kindergarten through Grade 12 are eligible to apply for Tuition Assistance. This program is not available to families with students entering Pre-Kindergarten.
Additional requirements:
Create a Family Portal Account
- Go to aid.ravennasolutions.com/apply and create an account with your email address and a password. Admission applicants may choose to link directly to Ravenna Financial Aid through the optional Tuition Assistance Information step inside the Ravenna Admission portal. When using this option, there is no need to create a second, separate login.
Consent to TaxStatus (IRS integration)
- Park School requires families to use the Easy Apply form and consent to TaxStatus, which allows the IRS to automatically post your 1040, W-2, and/or 1099 information to your Ravenna account. Families who are unable to provide TaxStatus consent should contact the Tuition Assistance Office for alternate instructions.
Required Documents
- Letter of Understanding (Park School form, signed by parent/guardian)
- Two most recent, consecutive 2026 pay stubs from parent(s)’ current (or most recent) employer
- Noncustodial Parent Waiver Form, if applicable
- 1040 with all schedules and attachments, W-2 form(s), and 1099 form(s) — only required if not consenting to TaxStatus
Additional letters or relevant supporting materials can be uploaded under “Additional Documents.”
Application Fee
- A separate $60, nonrefundable application fee is due when you submit your Ravenna Financial Aid application. Once submitted, the application cannot be withdrawn from the system.
Tuition assistance decisions are based on the information submitted through Ravenna Financial Aid, together with Park School’s own policies, practices, and available budget. Admission and Tuition Assistance decisions are made separately: Park determines eligibility for admission before determining a tuition assistance decision. All families — whether new applicants or currently enrolled — apply through the same online process.
Tuition assistance notification is included with your admission decision letter, emailed by the close of business on February 18, 2027.
Optional: Malone Scholar Program
- Families interested in the Malone Scholar Program must submit the Malone Scholar application, essays, and supporting materials (transcripts, available test results, and optional recommendations) along with the tuition assistance application by December 1, and the Park School admission application by December 15.
