Obtain verbal approval from appropriate Division Principal and add their name in the field on the form.
Submit the application by one of the following deadlines:

October 7, 2026 (target decision date October 23)
December 2, 2026 (target decision date December 17)
February 10, 2027 (target decision date February 26)
April 20, 2027 (target decision May 6)
