Tuition Assistance Webinar

With this optional online webinar, we will provide an overview of the Park School tuition assistance policies, deadlines, and funding priorities. Additionally, we will discuss how the information provided to SSS (School and Student Services) is used by Park to determine potential grant awards. We will also answer questions about need-based versus merit awards and what a family might expect in future years as participants in the Tuition Assistance Program. Click HERE to register. Tuition Assistance “Get it Done” Workshop
Saturday, November 7, 2026
9 a.m. – noon
Reserve an individual time slot during this hands-on, in-person event. Applicants to the Tuition Assistance program are invited to bring their documents and complete their Parent Financial Statement (PFS) in a friendly environment with the help of facilitators. Make the most of this working session by logging on to the Ravenna Financial Aid (formerly School and Student Services or SSS) website and creating a 2027-28 PFS prior to the workshop. Tuition Assistance staff will be available to answer questions, review in-process or completed applications, and help with the documentation upload process. Laptops will be available, or participants may bring their own.

Tuition Assistance Deadline for All New and Returning Families
Submit online tuition assistance application and supporting documents by December 1:
- Create or log into your Family Portal account at Ravenna Financial Aid
- Consent to TaxStatus (IRS Integration). Park School requires TaxStatus consent to process your application. Applicants unable to provide TaxStatus consent should contact Park School Tuition Assistance Office for alternate instructions.
- Letter of Understanding
- Two most recent, consecutive 2026 pay stubs from current employer
Other documentation:
- Waiver for Noncustodial Parent required for parents applying as the sole legal guardian (see waiver form for required documentation)
Application Deadlines for Malone Scholar Program
Submit Malone Scholar supporting materials and Park School admission applications by December 1:
- Malone Scholar application, essays, and supporting materials (transcripts, any available test results, and optional recommendations) due online
- NOTE: Malone Scholar applicants must also upload the Park School admission application to the Ravenna Admission portal by December 15.
Tuition Assistance Grant Confirmation
NOTE: Tuition Assistance grants are not considered final until all required tax materials have been submitted to and verified in the Ravenna Financial Aid portal.
Submit or import all final documents to Ravenna Financial Aid by April 1, 2027.
