Program of Studies
A Park education emphasizes choice and responsibility for one’s own learning.

The goal of a Park School education is to inspire students to become self-directed, lifelong learners. Toward this end, the Upper School curriculum is designed to emphasize skill development, problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize complex materials.
Students thrive at Park because they are encouraged to follow their creative, athletic, and intellectual interests as far as possible. Indeed, even experiences away from school, through programs such as Senior Projects, are a vital part of our students’ development. Upper School students find many academic and co-curricular experiences that stimulate their curiosity while serving their future plans. They also find the support and guidance of administrators, teachers, staff, and peers to help them plan a journey that will be both meaningful and rewarding.
