Obtain verbal approval from appropriate Division Principal and add their name in the field on the form.
Submit the application by one of the following deadlines:

October 8, 2024 (target decision date October 25)
December 3, 2024 (target decision date December 18)
February 18, 2025 (target decision date March 5)
April 15, 2025 (target decision April 30)
