Jay Golon
Upper School HistoryJay teaches history in the Upper School. His courses include Foundations in History for 9th Graders, and electives like Civil Rights and the Supreme Court and Comparative World Government.
Before joining Park, Jay worked as a part-time educational consultant and full-time stay-at-home dad. Previously, he taught Middle School history for 10 years and was a Middle School administrator for eight years.
Jay holds a B.A. in American Studies and Theater from Wesleyan University and an M.Ed. in School Leadership from Harvard University. He is the parent to two Park students in the Classes of 2032 and 2035.
