Jamie Gordon Altchek ’98

Director of Stewardship and Capital Campaign

Jamie is the Director of Stewardship and Capital Campaign in the Development Office, focusing on raising funds to help ensure that an exceptional Park education is available and accessible for generations of students to come.

Jamie is one of the coaches of Park’s successful Mock Trial Team. “The many hours a week that I devote to this activity reinforce what we all already know — that Park students are incredible!”

Prior to working at Park, Jamie spent six years at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School in New York City as an assistant first-grade teacher and in the Admissions Department. Before making a career switch to education, she worked as a Labor and Employment attorney at a large law firm in Manhattan.

Jamie earned a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University, a J.D. from Fordham Law School, and an M.S.Ed. in General Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education. She is the parent to two Park students in the Classes of 2029 and 2032.
