Daveed Sumpter

Daveed teaches core Spanish courses and electives in Upper School, as well as one section of Middle School Spanish. 

Previously, Daveed taught English as a Second Language as part of the English Language Development Department at Digital Harbor High School. Prior to that, Daveed worked at Woodholme Elementary School in Pikesville and Key Point Christian Academy in Miami. He also previously taught physical education.

Daveed holds a B.A. in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel College and an M.S. in Physical Activity and Quality of Life from University of Seville, Spain, where he published a Master’s Capstone Project.
