2025 Park School Board of Trustees End-Of-Year Celebration and Dinner

Dinner will begin with Hoopla Catering’s Summer Wedge Salad, baby romaine, heirloom tomato, cucumber, summer squash, pickled yum yum peppers, feta, candied seeds and nuts, and lemon basil vinaigrette (can be modified for vegan guests). Short Rib and Salmon entrées are served with whipped potatoes, charred asparagus, and lemon (gluten free). Stacked Ratatouille is served with vegan charred asparagus (vegan, gluten free).

BEEF SHORT RIB SALTADO, blistered tomatoes, onions, peppers, saltado sauce, served with whipped potatoes, charred asparagus, and lemon
ROASTED SALMON, dry rub, charred lemon gremolata, served with whipped potatoes, charred asparagus, and lemon
STACKED RATATOUILLE, squash, onions, eggplant, tomato jam, summer herbs, served with vegan charred asparagus
