Caron Payne
Second Grade HomeroomCaron is a second grade homeroom teacher. A Baltimore native, Caron has more than 16 years of experience in elementary education.
Most recently, she was an assistant principal in Baltimore County public schools. Prior to that, Caron served as a district reading specialist and a classroom teacher in Grades 1, 3, and 4. Volunteers from Johns Hopkins University affiliated with the non-profit will visit nine schools in Baltimore City and facilitate the mini-lessons she wrote to engage students in diverse texts focused on social-emotional learning and cultural awareness.
