Dan See
Fifth Grade HomeroomAs a fifth grade homeroom teacher, Dan teaches math, language arts, and social studies. He also collaborates with the larger fifth grade teaching team to develop and enhance the year-long theme study of the Middle Ages.
Most recently, Dan worked at Roland Park Country School, teaching middle school math and science, and also served as the math department chair and a member of the admissions committee.
Dan previously taught science, math, reading skills, and social studies in Jemicy School’s Lower and Middle School. He coached soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, and also led the robotics, coding, and Lego clubs. He was also an associate faculty member at Notre Dame of Maryland University, where he designed and taught the course Foundations of Math: Understanding Math as a Language, for teachers pursuing a Post-Master’s Certificate in Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, & Dyscalculia.
Dan holds a B.S. in Math and Science Education from University of Maryland, College Park.
