Baltimore Pride Parade!
Park will be walking as a community in the Baltimore City Pride Parade on Saturday, June 13. We’re excited to celebrate Pride with the larger community this again this year.
The parade begins at 12 p.m. — more details about our gathering place will be shared as we get closer to the event. We have space for 50 community members to walk with our Park School group in the parade. The Park contingent will meet near Charles Street & North Avenue at 10:30, and the parade will start at Noon. If you have any questions, please reach out to Hayes Davis, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
While anyone can attend, space for walking in the actual parade is limited. If you’d like to walk with our Park School group, please register HERE.
Park Camps!
As summer approaches, there’s a real sense of excitement building around Park Camps! Our team is busy preparing for another fantastic season, and we can’t wait to welcome campers back to campus. This summer brings a number of exciting highlights—from our new Learn-to-Ride bike camps with PedalPower Kids, to an expanded Adventure Camp program that includes a week with an overnight camping experience. Our specialty camps continue to grow as well, with engaging offerings in cooking, athletics, arts, D&D, and more—giving campers plenty of ways to explore their interests and try something new. With 11 weeks of programming (June 9–August 21), including 7 weeks of our core day camp, there’s something for everyone throughout the summer. If you haven’t finalized your plans yet, now is a great time—many camps are filling quickly, and we’d love to have your camper join us for what’s shaping up to be an incredible summer.
The Park Fund!
Parents, we want to remind you that June 30 is the last day to make a gift to The Park Fund 25-26. Making your gift today supports the extraordinary education we provide every student, every day. We are striving for 500 parent gifts to The Park Fund and have received 360 donations. We are almost there, but we still need your help! We hope you will join us today and over the next few weeks with a gift that is meaningful to you. Thank you to those who have already supported The Park Fund this year.
