Middle Grades Partnership (MGP) Program – Summer 2025

Category:

The Park School of Baltimore and the Bel-Air Edison School Middle Grades Partnership (MGP) program completed another great summer! This program brings together students, teachers, and leaders from both school communities to share in common experiences and build relationships with middle school peers.

From interdisciplinary classes like Food and Culture of the African Diaspora, STEM, and LEADS (Leadership, Equity, Advocacy, Diversity and Service), to West African drumming, visual arts, improv, and choir — students engaged in a diverse program filled with exciting opportunities and new learning. Beyond the classroom, scholars adventured to the Historic Ships on the Baltimore harbor, visited the Reginald F. Lewis Museum and BMA, learned how to make shelter and fire at Cromwell Valley Park, and camped out on campus. It was a wonderful summer of learning, friendship, and fun!
