Facilities are available for use by the community throughout the year for events that include sporting events and instructional sport camps. INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

During the term of the agreement and any extension or renewal, your organization shall maintain, at its sole expense, public liability and property damage insurance with respect to the Premises with such company as may be acceptable to Park School. Such policy shall have limits for personal injury of at least $1,000,000 with respect to one person, and at least $2,000,000 with respect to more than one person in any one occurrence, and at least $500,000 for property damage. Such policy shall name Park School of Baltimore and your organization as the insured parties, as their interests may appear and shall specify the following:

Park School of Baltimore is added as an Additional Insured with respect to General and Umbrella Liability for bodily injury, property damage or personal & advertising injury for both ongoing and completed operations per endorsements # (copies attached). Waiver of Subrogation in favor of certificate holder is provided under the General Liability and Workers Compensation policies per endorsements # (copied attached). Your organization shall furnish Park School with a copy of such policy or a certificate of insurance not fewer than 14 days prior to the event, and shall provide that the insurer may not change or cancel such insurance without giving not fewer than 21 days, prior written notice to Park School.
