A yearbook is automatically ordered for every student enrolled at Park, in every grade level. The cost of the 2024 Brownie is $58.

If you want each of your children to receive a yearbook, you don’t need to do anything more (please do NOT fill out the form below). 

However, if you would like to make a change in your order — either to reduce the order, cancel it altogether, or to add to it — you will need to fill out the Yearbook Refusal Form below.

To avoid being billed for books you don’t want, submit your change order by Monday, April 15. Please be aware that we will not have extra books to sell at the end of the year; we only print as many books as are ordered. We will also be offering an autograph book to each Lower and Middle School student, free of charge.

*If you are changing your order in any way, you need to fill out a slot for EACH of your children. Please note that if you have several children and are ordering one book, we will deliver that book to the child you specify.*
