Thank you for your purchase of SHREK the Musical tickets at Park School. Unfortunately, there was a glitch for some of the ticket purchases prior to Saturday, November 4. Your ticket(s) are still reserved in your name for the performance(s) that you selected, but your credit card was not charged for this purchase. 

Please fill out the form below (none of it gets saved by Park’s website!). You’ll need to enter the amount you paid (which was sent in the email you received) and then enter your payment information.
