Anya Flythe
Assistant Director of Admission and Tuition AssistanceAs the Assistant Director of Admission and Tuition Assistance, Anya helps families learn about Park, guides them through the admission process, and supports their transition into the Park community, striving to make it as smooth and welcoming as possible. While Anya supports all families in her role, she primarily works with applicants to Grades 3-5.
Anya has always had a passion for education, which has been shaped by a variety of meaningful experiences, including working at Frostburg State University’s Children’s Literature Centre and their Educational Advising Center, co-teaching social studies in the school’s education department, directing a summer camp for Active Minds Learning Organization, and supporting students of different ages in various school settings. Her time as a Principal Intern at Parkside Elementary Pre-K-5 School also gave her a valuable look into school leadership. Now, in admission, Anya will use those experiences to help guide students and families through an important part of their educational journey.
Anya earned her B.S. in Elementary/Middle Education and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, both from Frostburg State University.
