Middle School Visiting Author Terry J. Benton-Walker
We are thrilled to welcome Author Terry J. Benton-Walker to Park’s Middle School next week on Thursday, April 11 as our 2024 Peter Baida ’68 Middle School Writer-in-Residence. Terry writes middle grade and young adult fiction. He has two books out right now, Alex Wise vs the End of the World and Blood Debts, both of which have sequels coming out in the next few months. In addition to these books, Terry has also edited and contributed to a YA horror anthology, The White Guy Dies First.
Terry will be running writing workshops for the 6th Grade, co-hosting with the library a lunch talk for Middle Schoolers, and hosting a book signing at the end of the day from 2:30-4 p.m.
