Holi Color Run
Join us for the 2024 Holi Color Run!
Holi has been celebrated in the Indian subcontinent for centuries. It marks the beginning of spring after a long winter, symbolic of the triumph of good over evil. The official celebration of Holi is March 25, 2024.
This year, Park will celebrate Holi on Saturday, April 6. We invite you to join us in a color run and to enjoy some cultural food and Kona Ice. This event is sponsored by the Partners Program and Upper School API (Asian Pacific-Islander Affinity Group). All are welcome!
Suggested Wardrobe: White clothing/clothes that you are okay with getting powder thrown on!
Tips:
– Dress in clothes you don’t mind messing up. :). Most holi powder comes out, but sometimes it does not. If you wear white it shows up better!
– Dress weather appropriate
– Bring some form of eyewear/goggles
– Bring towels to sit on in your car, as you might still be a bit powdery when you are done.
– Bring a snack and definitely water, both for cleanup and drinking
