Someone once said, “Your life is a story of transition. You always leave one chapter behind while moving on to the next.” Join Ruth Lambert, a professionally trained life coach, in this parent seminar offering guidance and practical strategies to help prepare your teenager, and yourself, for the exciting transition to life after Park. Learn how to navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with this new chapter, all while fostering executive functioning and life skills support, enhanced communication, and emotional balance. 


We invite you to this engaging and informative seminar with our Upper School Counselors, Kara Ker and Tucker Snow, and our sexual health educator. 

Following the workshop, the Parent Discussions will break out into single grade groupings.
