With this optional online webinar, we will provide an overview of the Park School tuition assistance policies, deadlines, and funding priorities. Additionally, we will discuss how the information provided to SSS (School and Student Services) is used by Park to determine potential grant awards. We will also answer questions about need-based versus merit awards and what a family might expect in future years as participants in the Tuition Assistance Program. Click HERE to register. Tuition Assistance “Get it Done” Workshop
Saturday, November 8, 2025
9 a.m. – noon
Applicants to the Tuition Assistance program are invited to bring their documents and complete their Parent Financial Statement (PFS) in a friendly environment with the help of facilitators. Make the most of this working session by logging on to the School and Student Services (SSS) website and creating a 2026-27 PFS prior to the workshop. Tuition Assistance staff will be available to answer questions, review in-process or completed applications, and help with the documentation upload process. Laptops will be available, or participants may bring their own.
Reserve an individual time slot during this hands-on, in-person event. Space is limited.

Tuition Assistance Deadline for All New and Returning Families
Apply for tuition assistance online at School and Student Services (SSS) by December 1, 2025:
- Navigate to School and Student Services
- Click on “Complete Your PFS” link to begin your Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). Parents who are divorced, separated, or who have never been married must each complete a PFS –– one per household.
- Consent to the IRS Integration tool used to import all required tax data directly into your SSS application from the IRS. (If you do not provide IRS consent, you will not be eligible for the SSS Easy Apply “short form” and you will need to upload all tax documents manually.)
- Upload all required non-tax documents to SSS
Application Deadlines for Malone Scholar Program
Apply for tuition assistance online at School and Student Services (SSS) by December 1, 2025.
Submit Malone Scholar application, Park School admission application, and materials by December 15, 2025:
- Upload most recent standardized test results in the Ravenna portal
- Complete required admission application steps in the Ravenna portal
- Complete Malone Scholar application and essays online
- Upload current and prior year transcripts (official or parent copy) in the Ravenna portal
Tuition Assistance Grant Confirmation
Note: Tuition Assistance grants are not considered final until all required tax materials have been submitted to and verified in the SSS portal.
Submit or import all final documents to SSS by April 1, 2026.
