Lower School Affinity Groups
For Lower School Students in Grades 2–5
Parents/Guardians,
This year, Lower School students in Grades 2–5 will have the opportunity to gather in the following affinity spaces:
- Black and Bi-Racial Affinity Group
- Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Affinity Group
- Latinx Affinity Group
- Gender Diverse Affinity Group
- Jewish Affinity Group
The purpose of these groups is for students to build community, engender support, and promote inclusivity and a sense of belonging. Currently, most affinity groups meet on a four-week rotation during the school day and will expand as the needs of our community change. Please note: the Jewish Affinity Group will now meet during lunch in the same fashion as the other affinity groups.
