Alissa Parker

As the administrative assistant in the Admission Office, Alissa helps prospective families navigate the admission process and provides administrative support to the Admission Directors.

Alissa has worked in independent schools in Maryland for more than 20 years. Before coming to Park, she helped open (and ultimately close) The Shoshana S. Cardin School, dedicating 12 years. After taking a couple of years off when her son was born, Alissa proudly joined the Park community where she spent time supporting the Human Resources, Middle School, and Park Connects offices before finding her home in Admission. 

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Alissa attended high school at The Roeper School, a progressive institution in Michigan, much like Park. She holds a B.A. in Social Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Alissa is the parent of one Park student in the Class of 2031.
