Assiatou Diallo
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Fellow and Director of Middle Grades PartnershipAssiatou joined Park for the 2024-25 school year as our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Fellow. She facilitates and creates DEI programming across all divisions, including the Partners Program, leads a Middle School AAA (Affinity, Alliance, Advocacy) group, and presents monthly Lower and Middle School assemblies celebrating Heritage and History Months and Days.
Through this work, Assiatou strives to help Park become a more equitable and inclusive community where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
In summer of 2026, Assiatou served as Co-Director of the Middle Grades Partnership Program.
She graduated from Smith College with a B.A. in Africana Studies and a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Previously, she taught 8th Grade social studies through the Aspire Program at Hathaway Brown School, with a focus on social justice.
