Alejandro Hurtado

Lower School Spanish

Alejandro teaches Spanish language to Lower School children in grades three through five. He is a native speaker with many years of teaching experience, including a strong background in ESL teaching. 

Alejandro holds a B.A. in Teaching of Foreign Languages from Universidad Santiago de Cali, and a Post Bachelor’s Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from Universidad del Valle. He is a trained paramedic with an associate’s degree in Medical Emergencies and Disaster Preparedness. Alejandro is pursuing a master’s degree in Public Policy from UMBC. He is the parent of two Park students in the Classes of 2033 and 2035.
